Saving An Italian Village With Digital Storytelling
Bedonia, Italy: The Power of Digital Storytelling
During the past three summers I have traveled to Bedonia, Italy located in the Emilia-Romagna province to bring awareness to this struggling community in northern Italy. The authentic Italian lifestyle offered to residents and visitors alike is slowly dwindling away. This community is a wonderful place to visit especially if you are interested in experiencing an organic, authentic Italian community. The articles below highlight some of the work I have already done to encourage visitors to Explore Bedonia. This past summer I began documenting the sacred spaces of the Taro & Ceno valleys in 360 degrees. A public opening night reception is scheduled for November 28, 2017 at the Christina Geis Gallery at Georgian Court University in Lakewood, NJ. The multimedia exhibit highlights the evolution of digital storytelling.
